Worker Protection Strategies
I do both compensated and uncompensated consulting work — locally, nationally, and internationally — primarily addressing worker protection issues, including through the development and strategic enforcement of labor laws.
My goal is to bring my experience and passion for good government and worker protection, especially protection of the most vulnerable, to the local, state, and global labor law development and enforcement sphere.
I frequently serve as an expert source for news outlets reporting on issues including worker safety and health and government enforcement of worker protection laws. For the past few years, I have also served as an expert respondent for the World Justice Project’s Rule of Law Index.
